Your credit score is also an important consideration. If your credit score is too low, you may be denied credit by the new card company. In addition, transferring your balance to other cards multiple times can negatively impact your credit score.
One of the main points to consider prior to transferring your credit card balance from one card to another is the APR (Annual Percentage Rate). Be sure that the APR on the new card will be lower than that of the previous card.
